Please read our refund policy carefully before applying for a refund. This refund policy helps you to better understand how the refund process will work.

1. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the LIVE TRAINING COURSE due to many reasons like insufficient registration, Speaker unavailability on the scheduled dates, or circumstances beyond its control.

1. In the above-mentioned case, we will notify all attendees about the cancellation or rescheduling of the live online training course prior to 24-48 hours before starting of live training course.
2. If any training course is cancelled by Compliance Mentors, we will refund the full amount of all attendees or we give them a choice to take an alternative live online training course.  It always remains a customer decision.
3. Cancelled by a customer at least five days before the webinar date.

Refund policy for DVD/Transcript/Any Digital Download:

• Compliance Mentors will issue a 100% money refund, in case of cancellation of DVD/CD or Transcript order before webinar occurrence date.
• If you have received a damaged or non-functional DVD/CD, then the customer shall return it within 20 days after delivery.

No refund is possible in the case of the transcript or any other digital downloads.
