1. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the LIVE TRAINING COURSE due to many reasons like insufficient registration, Speaker unavailability on the scheduled dates, or circumstances beyond its control.
2. In the above-mentioned case, we will notify all attendees about the cancellation or rescheduling of the live online training course prior to 24-48 hours before starting of live training course.
3. If any training course is cancelled by Compliance Hosts, we will refund the full amount of all attendees or we give them a choice to take an alternative live online training course. It always remains a customer decision.
4. Cancelled by a customer at least five days before the webinar date.
Refund Policy for Recorded Webinars, Transcripts & Digital Downloads
• All recorded webinars, transcripts, and digital downloads are non-refundable once access has been delivered or the content has been made available to the purchaser.
• Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations after delivery, regardless of whether the content has been accessed or viewed.
• Refunds are only applicable if a duplicate transaction occurs or if access to the purchased content is not provided due to a technical issue on our end and cannot be resolved.
• By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this digital product refund policy.
